Domain Breakdown

Each domain is scored 0–100. Your lowest scores are the highest-leverage places to start.

Where Pivot can help — prioritized

Based on your two weakest domains, here's exactly where we'd start if we worked together.

The science behind your Index

This assessment adapts items from validated peer-reviewed instruments: Edmondson's Team Psychological Safety Scale (1999), Maslach Burnout Inventory — Emotional Exhaustion subscale (Maslach & Jackson, 1981), Cohen's Perceived Stress Scale (1983), Steger's Work and Meaning Inventory (2012), Downs & Hazen Communication Satisfaction Questionnaire (1977), and Eisenberger's Perceived Supervisor Support Scale (2002).

Your score is computed as a normalized 0–100 composite across the six domains, with reverse-scoring applied to negatively-worded items. This is a diagnostic snapshot, not a clinical assessment.
