At PIVOT, our mission is to help alleviate mental health issues and roadblocks in the workplace.

Employee mental health is just as important as physical health. That's why we offer seminars and workshops on various topics like self-care techniques, conflict resolution, cultivating psychological safety, improving workplace culture and morale, building successful teams, resiliency, mindfulness, and meditation. Our goal is to help reduce employee anxiety, burnout, and stress and to improve focus, productivity, and motivation.
