We collect information you provide directly when you schedule a consultation, book a keynote, take the PressureIQ assessment, or contact us via email or form. This may include your name, email address, phone number, organization name, and job title.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share data with trusted service providers (e.g., scheduling platforms, email services) solely to deliver our services. All third parties are bound by confidentiality agreements.
Our website may use cookies and analytics tools to understand how visitors interact with our site. This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
PivotIQ Copilot is a private workspace that helps managers prepare for workplace conversations. When a manager chooses to connect a third-party account, we access the minimum data needed to provide that feature, with their explicit consent. Connections are optional and can be disconnected at any time.
With the Google Calendar (read-only) scope (calendar.readonly), we read upcoming event titles, times, and attendees for roughly the next seven days. This is used only to help the connecting manager prepare for upcoming 1:1s and to gauge meeting load. We never modify, create, or delete calendar entries, and we never access the calendars of anyone other than the manager who connected.
Limited Use. PivotIQ's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not use it to train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.
With Slack, we request delivery scopes (chat:write, channels:read) so a manager can send messages they have explicitly approved. We do not read message content by default. Message history is accessed only if an organization deliberately enables the optional “chat” signal in its administrative settings.
OAuth tokens are stored server-side with access controls and row-level isolation per organization; they are never exposed to the browser. Disconnecting an integration immediately deletes its stored tokens. Conversation notes, commitments, and consented pulse responses are retained only to provide the service and are deleted on request or when an account or workspace is removed. Connected-service data and pulse responses are never used to train AI models. To request access or deletion, email Hello@pivottraining.us.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at Hello@pivottraining.us.
