Our Story
Founded in 2021, Pivot Training & Development was born from a simple conviction: mental health isn't a perk — it's the foundation of everything that works.
Christopher and Jazmine Davis founded Pivot Training & Development in 2021, headquartered across Cleveland, Ohio and Atlanta, Georgia. What started as a passion project — helping a few local organizations address burnout — quickly grew into a nationwide mission.
With a Master's degree in Psychology and over a decade in the trenches of human performance, Chris saw firsthand how organizations were losing their best people — not because of pay or perks, but because nobody was paying attention to the psychological toll of the work itself.
Jazmine, armed with a Master's in Education and years of experience as a collegiate professor and curriculum designer, saw the same problem from a different angle — the training itself was broken. Programs were forgettable, disconnected from how adults actually learn, and failed to create lasting change. A profound speaker who has moved thousands of women with her story, she brought the pedagogical rigor that makes Pivot's approach fundamentally different.
Today, Pivot partners with schools, corporations, nonprofits, and healthcare systems to deliver mental health workshops that actually move the needle — on turnover, engagement, productivity, and the stuff that really matters.

What Drives Us
Every program is grounded in psychology research — not corporate wellness buzzwords.
We don't lecture. We listen first, then build solutions that fit your reality.
We measure success by behavioral change, not attendance numbers.
We believe every organization's struggle is valid and worth understanding deeply.
We're always looking for organizations ready to invest in their people.
