Send us your staff list by building, straight from your HR system's export. Each building gets its own link, code and printable QR flyer.

Put the flyer up at a staff meeting. Staff pick their role group and answer 63 short statements in about 12 minutes. No name, email or login.

Results for the district, each building and each role group, with response rates and the area to look at first. We walk your leaders through it.

The same links open a spring period. Fall and spring sit side by side, so you can see what moved.

Anonymous by design

Staff answer honestly when they know it's safe

Answers are scored on the staff member's own phone. Only six area scores, their role group, their building and the date are saved: no name, email, login, IP address or individual answers.

Any group under five is hidden. If hiding it would still let someone work it out from the district total, the next-smallest group is hidden too. These rules are enforced in the database, not just on the screen.

No district systems connected

No student information system and no student data of any kind.
No Google or Microsoft accounts, calendars or email.
No HR system connection: we work from a staff list you send.
Staff questions written for schools: “my principal or supervisor”, not “my manager”.
